A weeks worth of stuff!!

I was out on the deck with my iced coffee and a good book this afternoon for an hour or so. That's the life!!! Then Greg showed up so we had supper out there too.
Grilled burgers, cantaloupe, chips and cucumbers out of my garden!! Pretty good supper if I say so myself:)
I did some chores for Jared's for a few days so had to take pictures of Sarah's pretty flowers.

I want that hollyhock!!!!!!! The day lilies are almost done but It sure is pretty.
This is my out of control flower bed.
I have to thin it down this fall.
Those long things hanging out are from the hen and chicks.

These spread so I am going to have to get rough with them or they will take over what little room I have.
 ornamental cabbage
moss roses some came back from last year and I bought a pack so I hope I have alot next year. I love these peach colored ones.
This little cowpoke sits by the front door.
Squash, I think it was called 8 ball I've never had it before I hope it's good.
Greg cut part of the buffalo pasture for hay.
Then we had to chase them out so he could get it baled and so they wouldn't mess with the bales.
It took awhile Greg honked and yelled a little then I used a high pitched voice and that seemed to work kindof like when your kids tried the high pitched fit to get their way, you wanted to just leave the house!!!!!!!!!!
 anyway there they go.
now he can bale in peace
Awhile ago Greg brought home a new gal! At first he didn't know if he liked her he was used to his old one even tho she had seen her better days. But I liked her she was cool and pretty clean, didn't cause any trouble, so I go with her alot here and there. here she is oh her name is Beverly!

and you thought it was a sister wife HAHA he bought her at a sale and the ladies name was Beverly so that's what we call her.
I started on this the other day I wanted to print this picture and do you think I could find my printable, washable fabric. I think I cleaned my sewing area to good one day. So finally I thought I would print it on muslin and use the iron vinyl and it worked!! I put it on the wrong side to just in case it gets washed some day.

I have some scraps of fringe and some heart buttons. Now I just have to make the pillow to go in it.
well if I haven't bored you by now I better quit while I'm ahead.......jmf

Looks great! I like the fringe around it and this will make a great pillow. Liked the photos of the buffaloes, do you raise them for meat?

Thanks for stopping by Julie, I've never eaten buffalo but we have a small farm nearby that raises buffalo and sells the meat. I don't know if I will ever make a king size that hangs to the floor unless I did a quilt as you go type. This is only time I wish we slept in a "single bed" - wouldn't it be easy to make quilts? Have fun making all the quilts for the grandkids. Your comment came to me as a noreply-comment@blogger.com
